He was awarded the designation after completing a training program and passing a comprehensive exam sponsored by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA).  Candidates for the designation must be licensed Certified Public Accountants (CPAs).

Parnell Black, president of NACVA, said in his announcement that Mr. Kolita's completion of the degree "is an indication to the professional community that he has met the association's rigorous standards of professionalism, expertise, objectivity and integrity in the field of business valuation, litigation support, and related consulting disciplines."

The National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts is a global professional association that supports the business valuation and litigation consulting disciplines within the CPA and legal communities.  Along with its training and certification programs, NACVA offers a range of support services, software programs, reference materials, and customized databases to enhance the professional capabilities and capacities of its members.
